Whitehaven Jack Russell Puppies – Catharpin, Virginia

In preparation for litters, we give care and attention to the bitch before and after the puppies arrive. Our puppies are raised with tender loving care in our home and are well socialized. They are litter box trained indoors. They are vet checked, wormed, and appropriately vaccinated before they go to their new homes. We sell our puppies under a written contract, which includes a health guarantee and papers. We try our best to match up each terrier with the buyer to assure compatibility and a permanent home for the terriers. If necessary, we are willing to take our puppies back. Therefore, we are selective in placing our puppies. If you are interested in a puppy, we suggest making reservations in advance.

Available - An attractive hairbroken/rough coated, tricolor male pup by Whitehaven Romulus out of Fox Island Believe - This 4month old male, Rocky, is smart and active. He has a nice temperament and is somewhat mellow, which is a good thing for a JRT. Rocky is a sweet puppy and likes everyone he meets. He even likes the vet's office. He likes to be close to us and will relax in our laps. Rocky has been around several adult JRTs and large breed of dogs. This pup really has a wonderful personality and can really pull on your heartstrings. He would make a wonderful addition to a good home.

He is litter box trained and learning to go outside with the adult terriers. He has been wormed, examined by our vet, and BAER tested. He is up-to-date on his shots. The pup is PLL DNA normal by descent. Please click on photos for a larger image.

Young adult female available: Tart is 12" tall, tan and white, and rough coated. She is 2-1/2 yrs of age. She is available on Breeder's (i.e., breeding) Terms and can then be spayed to live a life as a loving pet. Tart is an adorable terrier, good-natured, and sweet. She wants attention. She likes to brings toys to us while wagging her tail. Tart may be small, but is a solid terrier and very athletic. She loves to retrieve a ball or chase a lure. She can chill out with you and is very well-behaved in the house. Tart requires time to warm up to strangers, but once she likes a person she will want their attention and remember them. She gets along with other dogs and she is very respectful of older dogs. A home with a male terrier would be nice for her to have a companion to play with. Tart will bark at and chase squirrels, rabbits, deer, etc. so secured fenced yard is required. Tart is housebroken, crate trained, leash trained, and current on shots.
