Summer is a wonderful addition to our breeding program.  She has the most wonderful, even temperament, is intelligent, and listens well. Although Summer lives with friends, she visits on occasion and fits right in with our terriers.  Summer is cherished by her owners and she truly is a joy to have around.   She possesses nice conformation qualities, and exceptional hunting instincts.  She is a balanced terrier with a nice head, good bone, harsh coat, exceptional front end, long neck, topline, and angles. Summer is athletic and proving to be a well-rounded terrier in competition, despite getting out to trials infrequently.  She finds showing boring, but enjoys racing, g-t-g, super earth, lure coursing, and chasing and retrieving balls. Her passion is hunting quarry.  Her pedigree possesses valuable bloodlines, which have proven successful for Dan Grimmel of the well-known Fox Island Kennels. We are indebted to Dan for his guidance over the years.   Summer is co-owned with J. & V. Duff.
